These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Superbet ("Superbet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Superbet online sports betting and live casino platform, accessible at superbet.casa (the "Platform").

Superbet operates as an English-language online wagering and entertainment platform designed specifically for Malaysian players. Our services include, but are not limited to, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and international esports markets), live casino games, and promotional programmes.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through Superbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Superbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Superbet enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual, whether through Superbet's own exclusion mechanism or any applicable national self-exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of Superbet or any associated entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and must keep such information up to date.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Superbet Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. All information must accurately reflect your true identity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Superbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify Superbet's customer support immediately via the contact details provided at the end of these Terms.

Full account functionality — including unrestricted withdrawals — requires completion of our KYC verification process. You will be required to submit valid proof of identity (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding your identification document.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Superbet Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Superbet supports a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM20. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via FPX or DuitNow may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals require KYC completion. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at Superbet's discretion.
• Withdrawal processing times: e-wallets typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; standard bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timelines and are not guaranteed.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Superbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion or where fraud is suspected.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply per Account tier: Bronze — MYR 5,000; Silver — MYR 15,000; Gold — MYR 50,000.

All bets placed through the Superbet Platform are subject to the rules specific to each market, sport, or casino game. General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once a confirmation message is displayed to the User. Verbal or otherwise implied agreements are not binding.
• Superbet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds and market availability at the exact moment of placement. Any changes to odds between your request and confirmation are reflected in the confirmed odds shown.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. Superbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or combination bet at its sole discretion.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport. In most cases, if an event does not commence within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided.
• Superbet's decision on the outcome of all settled bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

Superbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable bonus offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds upon expiry.
• Superbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already validly claimed and accepted by a User.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Superbet reserves the right to void any winnings and confiscate any Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects that a bonus has been obtained through abuse, fraud, or collusion.
• Migration bonuses of up to MYR 588 are available to qualifying Users who provide verifiable evidence of their tier status on a previous platform. Superbet's determination of qualifying evidence is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Superbet Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform in an automated manner without prior written consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider information betting that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• Any form of collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage.

Superbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer a suite of self-management tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

Superbet strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction. We will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or wager on our Platform. If you have concerns about a minor accessing gambling services, please contact us immediately.

All content on the Superbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Superbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Superbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Superbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

Superbet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Superbet makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Superbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Superbet reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A User fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Superbet is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.
• A User requests voluntary closure of their Account.

Upon termination of an Account, any legitimate, verified Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Superbet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

Superbet's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to [email protected] in the first instance. Superbet will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

Superbet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Superbet will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page, with the revised "Last Updated" date prominently displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
